international dispute resolution

Leading large-scale projects around the globe

We take the lead on international arbitrations and transnational disputes in a number of on- and off-shore jurisdictions, e.g. the UK, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Cyprus, BVI, and the Isle of Man.
Key types of work include representing clients in commercial, corporate, real estate, and fraud-related litigation, as well as foreign investigations, asset tracing and recovery, and legal support in cross-border bankruptcy proceedings. We also advise on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) strategies in international law.
