Insolvency litigation survey: the firm maintains its leading position

On 28 September, Pravo.ru-300, the main Russian legal industry observer, completed its annual survey of the country’s bankruptcy market. For the second year in a row, Ivanyan and Partners is recognised among Russia’s best law firms in this field by all factors analysed: Group 1, Federal bankruptcy rating (high market).

Specifically, the firm took a TOP-15 position by bankruptcy dispute aggregate value (14th place), the average decision being worth in excess of RUB 1,450 m (USD 20 m) (7th place). The firm is also placed among the leaders by the total sum involved in isolated disputes (8th place) and the highest value disputes on imposing subsidiary liability (4th place).
