Advised an international aircraft manufacturer on various employment law issues, including bonus and incentive payments, termination of top management contracts, redundancy compensation and employee reassignment (2011 – 2021)

Advised a big international hotel chain on operations in Russia, including labour relations: drafted various types of employment contract (permanent, temporary, remote, hybrid) and internal policy, helped in settling labour disputes and in internal investigations, advised on immigration law issues, etc. (2011 – 2021)
