Protecting businesses and the state in international arbitration and cross-border litigation

We take the lead on big international arbitration projects, as well as complex cross-border disputes in a number of on- and off-shore jurisdictions, such as the UK, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Cyprus, the BVI and the Isle of Man.
Key types of work include representing clients in commercial and investment treaty arbitration proceedings before all major international arbitration fora and in national courts in commercial, corporate, real estate and fraud-related litigation, as well as foreign investigations, asset tracing and recovery, and legal support in cross-border bankruptcy proceedings. We also advise on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) strategies in international law.
