Facilitating the flow of communication between business and authorities

We provide support on all legal aspects of communications between big corporations and the state at the federal level and in the regions of Russia. The focus areas of this work are legislative analysis, risk assessment, representing the interests of companies in dealings with public authorities, developing certain provisions of legislative and regulatory acts that are being drawn up, and advising on current regulatory requirements and regulations.

Drafted amendments to the Russian Tax Code due to introduction of loan participation financing into the legislation (some of the amendments approved by Federal Law No. 323-FZ dated 14.07.2022) (2022)

Participated in developing a package of bills related to introduction of mandatory tobacco product labelling (2018)

Took part in preparation of the draft law on «Postal Services» and related bills for the second reading (2014)

Participated in drafting the Rules for Organisation of Production and Quality Control of Medicines and their coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (2013)

Assisted in drafting a federal law on amendments to an article of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (2013)

Participated in the working group under the Russian Ministry of Justice on improving legislation in the field of business asset inheritance (2012)
