Ekaterina specialises in issues concerning the violation of Russian antimonopoly legislation and public procurement questions. Over 11 years of providing legal consulting, she has represented the interests of the largest companies in cases of anticompetitive agreements (including agreements with public bodies), developed procurement policy for companies partially owned by the state, and represented clients’ interests before the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) and in court disputes with public authorities.
Represented authorities of a Russian region (the governor, the government, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Property and Land Relations) in the case of a possible violation of the federal law "On Protection of Competition" at the conclusion of an anticompetitive agreement with a commercial company (2018)
