Protected IP rights of Russia’s biggest textile manufacturer in litigation against Adidas, Europe’s biggest sportswear manufacturer. Matter value: ₽250 m ($3.5 m+) (2019-2022)

Advised a Russian oil&gas logistics operator on debt recovery from a major Russian refinery in the context of the latter’s bankruptcy. Matter value: ₽130 bn+ ($1.8 bn+) (2019-2021)

Represented a construction company in a precedent-setting (Supreme Court of Russia) insolvency dispute over the right of competing creditors to contest judicial acts in proceedings over recovery of debts under ten subcontractor agreements. Matter value: ₽1.3 bn ($21 m+) (2015-2020)

Protected a major Russian fishing group in a precedent-setting court dispute on invalidating a ruling by the Russian competition authority, which could have led to cancellation of the client’s seafood catch quotas and significant economic losses (2019)

Represented a Russian business person and his group of companies, which had been a major Russian fruit importer, in a number of complex interrelated disputes regarding insolvency of the business person and several companies of the group in the UK and Russia.
