2021 ICC Rules: main changes

ICC International Court of Arbitration, one of the most preferred arbitral institution worldwide, introduced its new Rules of Arbitration. The 2021 ICC Rules have entered into force and regulate the management of cases received by the Court from 1 January 2021 on.
