Recent appointments: the firm gets a new partner and five counsel
We are pleased to announce that Anton Pustovalov, counsel of the Corporate/M&A practice, has joined the partners of the firm.
For 14+ years, Anton has been advising the firm’s clients on various corporate law and merger control and other competition law issues. He has significant experience in supporting complex intra-group restructurings, M&A deals and setting-up joint ventures for Russian and international companies from diverse industries.
Among recent projects Anton has led was all-round legal support for the acquisition of the Moscow Towers business center in Moscow City for ₽180+ bn.
In addition, we are also pleased to announce five new appointments, also aimed at consolidation both transactional and litigation work in our clients’ interests:
The firm’s transactions unit has been strengthened by raising Yunir Gubaidullin (Banking and Finance), Nikita Kalinichenko (PPP/infrastructure) and Nikolay Simoyanov (Tax) (all — Moscow) in rank of counsels.
Also, Ivanyan and Partners’ contentious unit continued to expand by promoting to counsels Tatiana Bravicheva and Anton Egorov, experienced attorneys in the firm’s St Petersburg office.
