Senior associates Mikhail Krotov, corporate/M&A, and Ramil Yusupzyanov, tax, have been appointed as counsels.

Mikhail advises on M&A transactions involving Russian and foreign assets, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Ramil specialises in Russian and international tax optimisation and planning. He advises public and private companies on tax restructuring, as well as (U)HNWIs on asset and capital structuring.
